Meetings Will Never be the Same After This

I don’t know about you but I often wonder how many rabbit holes can you go down.

I am writing this post to you from the ‘Hall of Awesomeness’ at an internet publishing firm.

I am here coaching the executive team and they run training meetings here consisting of music, cheers, standing room only discussions, bean bags and cutting edge design and marketing ‘ideastorms’.

I often wonder what makes a meeting work well. And what makes it go off the rails…

In fact, if you go deeper into this, you have a good lead in to all sorts of discussions about communication, meeting effectiveness, time management and even emotional intelligence.

So show this flip, then write up what people answer with and see where it goes.

You should get responses like “people don’t speak up”, “It always runs over time”, The squeaky wheel gets the most oil”. From there you can lead in to the topic of your session.
