The work I'm typically engaged to deliver.

Across partner engagements, the topics most commonly commissioned fall into three broad areas:

Capability across formats.

Integrated modalities, applied with precision.

My practice integrates modalities most contracted facilitators don't carry credibly. Each is used as part of a coherent intervention, not as a standalone technique:

• Gestalt Therapy — applied to organisational work as attention to what is happening in the room right now: the unspoken, the avoided, the contact made and broken between people. Surfaces dynamics leaders are inside but can't see.
• NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) — in a leadership context, used as a precision tool for language patterns, internal representations, and the way leaders construct meaning under pressure. Less about technique, more about how a leader's framing shapes a team's response.
• Phenomenology — disciplined attention to what is actually present in the room before interpretation.
• Mythopoetic and Business Storytelling — narrative as a leadership instrument; surfacing the deeper stories organisations and leaders are operating inside.
• Psychodrama and Sociodrama — action methods that move organisational dynamics out of discussion and into enactment. Psychodrama works at the level of the individual leader's inner cast; Sociodrama works at the level of the group or system. Used sparingly and with care — but powerful for stuck conversations that talking can't resolve.
• Systemic Constellations — working with the field around the system, including what has been excluded or unacknowledged. Drawing on the lineage of Jan Jakob Stam, John Whittington, Judith Hemming, and others.
• Applied neuroscience — attention, stress regulation, decision-making under load.
• Embodied practice — breathwork, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation.
• Acceptance and Commitment-aligned framing — widening the space between stimulus and response.
• Experiential and outdoor learning.

The CLEAR Field™ Framework provides the integrating structure. Engagements can be delivered using your firm's existing methodology if preferred.

Engagement models.

• Sub-contracted facilitator. Brought in as a senior facilitator on your client engagement, working within your methodology and brand.
• Co-facilitation. Working alongside your firm's facilitators — typically in larger or more complex engagements where a second senior is needed.
• Designed-and-delivered. Designing the intervention with you, then leading delivery — useful for engagements outside your firm's standard frameworks.
• Retainer. For firms with consistent partner-level demand, a retainer arrangement is available.

What I bring that's hard to find.

• Hybrid capability. Boardroom + retreat + field. Most contractors carry one of these; very few carry all three credibly.
• Cross-cultural fluency. On-site engagements across Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Israel, India, the United States, and Afghanistan. Comfortable in rooms where the cultural register matters as much as the content.
• Depth without theatre. Trained in psychological modalities (Gestalt, Psychodrama, Systemic Constellations) but applied with restraint. Senior leaders don't want to be performed at — they want substance.
• Independent and reliable. Twenty-five years of contractor work without a public dispute or quality issue. References available across multiple decades and continents.
