Format Experience
1:1 executive coaching Senior leaders, executive committee members, founders. Up to and including ASX / Fortune 500 levels.
Leadership team intensives One- to two-day in-room facilitated work; multi-day off-sites; cross-cultural and multi-stakeholder.
Cohort programmes Multi-month leadership development programmes for senior cohorts (typically 8–20 participants).
Wilderness / retreat-based learning Multi-day immersive leadership experiences. Currently a designed and lead facilitator at Aro-Hā (NZ), Happy Buddha (NSW), and Thrive Retreats.
Cross-cultural / field engagements On-site work in Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Israel, India, the United States, and Afghanistan; current 27-day expedition tour leadership through the Caucasus.

My practice integrates modalities most contracted facilitators don't carry credibly. Each is used as part of a coherent intervention, not as a standalone technique:

What I bring that's hard to find.

  • Hybrid capability. Boardroom + retreat + field. Most contractors carry one of these; very few carry all three credibly.
  • Cross-cultural fluency. On-site engagements across Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Israel, India, the United States, and Afghanistan. Comfortable in rooms where the cultural register matters as much as the content.
  • Depth without theatre. Trained in psychological modalities (Gestalt, Psychodrama, Systemic Constellations) but applied with restraint. Senior leaders don't want to be performed at — they want substance.
  • Independent and reliable. Twenty-five years of contractor work without a public dispute or quality issue. References available across multiple decades and continents.
